This album is exactly what the title says it is.
Great songs of storytellin usin traditional and great Country Music sounds.
So far, this album is all Country Music sounds. I'm not sure if there will be any Southern Rock sounds on this album. I'm not sure if that sound is a good fit for storytellin.
I'll find out as time goes on.
I have a feelin this album is going to be in the works for a while. It's not gonna be an immediate release.
This album isn't one of hit songs y'all. The songs are damn good. But they're longer and more about stories than about catchy hooks.
This is an album which I'm actually creatin for me and me only. An album to better express myself as an artist. Lyrically, musically and vocally.
Here's the songs I've created so far.

The lyrics of this song are actually an artistic metaphor for the source of every problem in this world.
People I call highly charismatic, mentally ill manipulators.
People the rest of y'all call your leaders.
The Matador is the manipulator of not only the bull...
But of the audience too.
This song as a nice and traditional, old school, Outlaw Country sound to it.

The lyrics of this song explain a miraculous journey. One which starts looking for physical treasures. A pirate booty which calls to the subject of the story his entire life. Which has inspired him to take off on his joiurney.
But what he discovers along his journey...
Ids that the physical things in life aren't the real treasures in this world.
What truly matters in life is our love for ourselves and true freedom which can only come from within.
This song is very 90's Country Music soiunding.

I previously worked in automotive manufacturing leading teams of tradesman in the industry. My downfall in that industry was that I appreciated and cared about those guys who were called my "employees".
I learned so many important things from those guys. I gained a lot of confidence to try at things I would have never tried because of their encouragement.
I also learned about the 1968 Chevy Nova SS from some of the older guys I worked with.
A car which was the first Muscle Car to come stock that way from the factory...
And no one needed a rich daddy to buy this car for them. A real man doing honest work could buy this hot rod for himself.
And this is what I stand for y'all.
Those of us who work for a living.
Not losers who whine and complain.
This song is a story about the first day one such man buys his brand new 1968 Chevy Nova SS...
And takes his fat ass curvy bitch out for a spin!
