The Story
I used to lead teams of individuals and businesses within a supply chain in a manufacturing setting. The goals of those teams were to design, build and install the machinery, assembly lines and robotic cells which were involved in building car components.
Myself and my previous teams have played very important and intricate roles in building the cars we all drive today.
In my past experiences as an executive managing such projects, I learned that my skills are best applied when I am allowed to operate independently.
I also demonstrated that kindness, respect and decency among people in a manufacturing environment can exist. That there is no need for the passive aggressive violence which currently dominates manufacturing industries of the world today.
True teamwork should be encouraged.

My teams and I learned an entirely new engineering "language" to design and build the automated machines that assemble the front and rear crash systems on all Tesla Model 3 vehicles
Ford Raptor (Diesel)
My teams and I used our new knowledge of higher tolerance engineering to design and build the machine that assembles the Roof Bow for this truck.
Ford Mustang/
Lincoln Continental
My teams and I designed, built and installed the assembly line which was used to assemble the instrument panels inside every Mustang and Lincoln Continental worldwide.
Dodge RAM
My teams and I did extensive work on modifying and upgrading the assembly line that builds the Dodge RAM instrument panel.
